Rates: Can range from as little as $25.00 (Cdn.) per half day, up to $179.00 (Cdn.) per day for a full service, camping/canoeing/kayaking adventure. All internet bookings receive 15% savings.
Season: June through to September

Our trips are designed to suit all skill levels. Our guides are experienced outdoor professionals who operate with the best equipment available.

Come canoe and kayak Alberta's river systems with Canadian Heritage Tours Ltd. We provide support for canoeing adventures through some of Alberta's most beautiful backcountry areas and specialize in trips on the North Saskatchewan, Red Deer and Bow Rivers.

Come enjoy with us the mountain scenery, abundant wildlife and interesting and unique vegetation. Travel the fur trade highway on the North Saskatchewan River visiting sites of the fur trade posts, which opened the region to settlement in the 1700's. Have a vacation to remember!

"Premier" Four Day Trip:

- for intermediate level canoeist
- from the Kootenay Plains in the Rocky Mountains to Rocky Mountain House
- highlights are Class I to II level rapids and whirlpools
- hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for one night at end of trip
- tour of Rocky Mountain House historical site
- rate: $179/day per person (tax not included)

"Esquire" Six Day Trip

- for intermediate level canoeist
- same trip as premier trip from the Kootenay Plains in Rocky Mountains but continues to Drayton Valley
- highlight is a visit back in time to a lesser-known site of a fur trade post, Boggy Hall. Site dates back to late 1700's
- hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for one night at end of trip
- rate: $179/day per person (tax not included)

Day Trips

- for the beginner to the intermediate level canoeist
- trips are run on rivers in the Calgary area to match the interests and skills of the group.
- transportation, mid-day meal and equipment provided
- rate: $81/day per person (tax not included)
