Explore the outdoors in a setting first experienced by Canada's First Nation. "Watipi" is a small Tipi Village, on Lacombe Lake, offering a unique camping experience in authentic tipis.

Some local sightseeing tours will also be available. Just relax and enjoy nature, camping, sunsets and bird watching...for your entire stay or take advantage of "Watipi's" central location.

Being located in the middle of central Alberta enables our visitors easy access to many attractions in the surrounding area, such as:

• golfing, hiking, biking, fishing
• Calgary, Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall
• Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper
• Rodeos & Indian Pow Wows (when applicable)
• water parks, canoeing, and white water rafting.
