black bear hunting in Canada

"The end to a successful Black Bear Hunt"

Northern Alberta offers excellent black bear hunting opportunities. With a two bear limit, everyone in your party can expect to have a successful hunt.

Our spring season runs from mid-April to mid-June. The first month of hunting is mainly spot & stalk hunts while the second month of hunting is over bait. Success on baited hunts is over 100%, with many camps averaging around 150% (some hunters only want one bear). You can be pretty sure that you will get an opportunity for a bear. The rest will be up to you.

Included in our Black Bear Hunting packages are:

  • Accommodations (Wall Tents),

  • Good wholesome meals,

  • Trophy care in the field,

  • Bear hunting allocation,

  • Your Alberta W.I.N. (Wildlife Identification Number),

  • All Camps are located in remote regions of northern Alberta,

  • Bear hunting is done from stands over bait or spot & stalk,

  • Good success on colored,

  • Licensed guide,

  • One Guide/Two Hunters.

Accommodations & transportation - before and after your hunt, licenses, GST, taxidermy and shipping fees home are not included.

Please write, phone, or e-mail us for additional information, prices and available bookings. Be sure to identify the hunt you are interested in.
